Missouri Legal Marijuana

In 2022, the citizens of Missouri voted to legalize cannabis for recreational use. This constitutional amendment also made changes to the Missouri Medical Marijuana Program. This presentation reviews parts of the constitutional amendment that are specifically important to law enforcement. Some of the topics covered include who can purchase and possess marijuana, how much can be purchased and possessed, who can cultivate marijuana, how many plants can be cultivated, and more! 

This course is POST approved for Missouri law enforcement officers. Missouri officers will receive 1 hour of continuing education in legal studies.
