Defense Tactics in DWI Trials

There are so many ways a defendant and his counsel can attack what otherwise may seem like a rock solid DWI case. Some tactics result from missteps in investigations, while others are simply red herrings that can often surprise both prosecutors and law enforcement alike. This lecture sets out 4 different areas that are the most common tactics – the stop, the investigation, the testing and the credibility built out of video evidence. The course will assist LEO’s and prosecutors to find ways to plan to avoid the trips and traps often laid during cross examination.
